THE PROVISIONS OF THE PANCHAYATS (EXTENSION TO THE SCHEDULED AREAS) ACT, 1996
Section 2 — Definition
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Scheduled Areas” means the Scheduled Areas as referred to in clause (1) of article 244 of the Constitution.
