THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND ACT, 1982

Section 2 — Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

(a)“Agreement” means the African Development Fund Agreement;

(b)“Fund” means the African Development Fund established under the Agreement.
