THE UNION DUTIES OF EXCISE (DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 1979

Section 4 — Payment to be charged on the Consolidated Fund of India

The expenditure on the payments in pursuance of section 3 shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of India.
