Section 9 — Vacancies amongst members or defect in the constitution not to invalidate acts or proceedings of a Corporation
No act or proceeding of a 11[Corporation or its Board] shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy 12[in its Board] or any defect in the constitution thereof.
