THE TERRITORIAL ARMY ACT, 1948

Section 1 — Short title, extent and application

(1)This Act may be called the Territorial Army Act, 1948.

(2)It extends to the whole of India 2* * * and applies to all classes of persons in the Territorial Army, wherever they may be.
