THE INDIAN SOLDIERS (LITIGATION) ACT, 1925 (Modified as on – 19th November, 2018)

Section 1 — Short title, extent and commencement

(1)This Act may be called the Indian Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925.

(3)It shall come into force on the first day of April, 1925.
