Section 93 — Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court

The President 4 ***, the Governors of 1[Madras], 2[Bombay and 3[West Bengal]], 4*** 5*** and the Chief Justice and Judges of the High Courts 6***, shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
