Chapter: JURISDICTION, POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE TRIBUNAL
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, the Tribunal shall exercise, on and from the appointed day, all the jurisdiction, powers and authority, exercisable immediately before that day by
